| Russel Family 1st Trail Run |
I envy my husband when it comes to his ability to enjoy working out! I, on the other hand enjoy the results but man the work, whew it more than I can handle at times. Jay is an avid trail and mountain bike rider and not to bad of a runner either. He ran in his first "competitive" race this weekend, the race helped to raise money for FWC wildlife. It was a great experiance, Bailey was so excited to cheer her daddy on and I even was thinking I might have to give this a try!
