Catching Up!

As the school year begins to come to an end, I find my self with a bit more time (not a bunch, just a little), however enough time to catch up on some blogging. Last time I wrote Bailey had started school and now that has come to an end, almost at least, 3 days and counting! She has grown so much and though I know this new found sense of independance is good for her I would be telling a story if I didn't say it actually makes me cry at times. She is so big, so beautiful and just so dang amazing. I just wanted to share a couple of pics of her school life. From one proud momma!!!

Where does time go?

A sign hangs up in a doctors office that says "Time fly’s by whether you’re having fun or not". How true! Not that I am not having fun but gosh where does it go? Since my last post in February..(sorry) my baby has not only turned three but she has started school. Yes, very emotional for the mom. But Bailey? Nope!!! She doesn't even want me to walk her to class, she passes me in the whole and just gives me this cute smile and big wave but you know in side I am praying she may just run out of line throw her arms up who knows maybe shed one tear and pretend she misses me but that's not happening. Her knew thing is she has discovered "boys" let me explain we have 7 little girls in our family, no one has had the boy yet (talk about some pressure) so when she went to school she realized she now likes boys! She told her daddy she really likes boys and wants to marry one, her daddy not happy to be hearing this in a calm voice let her know you will not get married until you are 40 and boys are dirty and smelly-her response "No, my boyfriend is clean he takes a bath! Valentine Party!

Not sure how long this will last but Bailey is begging us to let her go to school to "see her friends". Her best bud seems to be Braley, she just can't get enough of her. She talks about her all day and now wants to dress like her. Yes, she is two! What am I going to do when she hits middle school? Anyways here are some pics of the cutie pies playing in legos.

Creative minds!

(A little background)Our class sent home formula cans for the children to decorate and send back to hold their valentines, I love the response. Also, I found a blog that shows you how to make a mobile using sticks, not real straight but I think it turned out pretty cute......We have some of the most creative parents out there, don't believe me? Mommy & Daughter Day!

So today I decided to give this whole "lets cut out coupons" idea a try, this seems to be the new fad at my school (started by Tanya and Ashley) so I had my sweet hubby go out and grab the sunday paper. So with a coffee in my hand (as always) I began scouting the ads. At first nothing, and then nothing and then wow .75 off crest toothpaste, .75 of trix yogurt (which was already B1G1 at Publix) I began to have fun I cut out so many coupons, of course only a third of what I would buy but I was in the mood. With Bailey in tow we set off to G-ville. I had already planned on getting Bailey's valentines done so we headed to picture people first. Now if you go in there you know they are going to take 100's of amazing shots, but I was in such a mood to save, that I pulled out my lil' coupon (12 photo cards + an 8x10= 12.00) and  $12.84 later I was out . Next was gymboree only for a return, switched out bailey's outfit for  anew gator line too cute. Sales lady "Are you sure you don't want to shop around and earn some gymbucks? Nope, I am in the mood to save! Next was the gap. Got Bailey a cute Bee Mine Valentine shirt marked down to 11.99 plus I had a 10.00 off coupon! I was doing good. I didn't even tempt myself, left the mall right away and headed to publix. I did great buying a lot of the  B1G1 items and of course using my handy dandy coupons. Final outcome.....saving of  51.73!!! I am so excited. The most important thing I forgot to mention is my husband bet me 100.00 I could not go in picture people buying only the special....so I actual made money on this shopping trip, gotta love mommy and daughter days!!!!

A teaparty with Cinderella.

Yes, Superwoman and Cinderella are friends! However......Bailey was pretty upset with Cinderella since would not eat her donuts. I tried to explain "she's not real, blah, blah blah, but Bai was not buying that. The outcome, Cinderella knocked into the table! Hey, don't come to superwomans house and not eat your food!!!!
